At G.A. & L. Harrington's all processes are contained in-house in our 7000 square metre facility and production can be adapted and tailored to suit customer's specific needs.

At the heart of our operations are 90 presses ranging in capacity from 10 to 600 tonnes, with bed areas up to 2.75m x 1.5m and strokes up to 610mm.

In recent times the company has installed the following state-of-the-art automatic transfer/progressive equipment:

2 – 250T SEYI Transfer/Progressive Presses
1 – 600T SEYI Transfer/Progressive Press
1 – 5 Stage SEYI Transfer Press Line (3 x 250T and 2 x 200T Presses) with 2 turnover units.
1 – 9 Stage SEYI Transfer Press Line (3 x 250T and 6 x 200T Presses) with 4 turnover units.

Other production equipment includes:

• Resistance and spot welders

• MIG robot welders

• Pulley forming machines

• Electrostatic wet paint and powder coat lines

Coil handling and feed lines are capable of processing up to 12mm thick material.

The Toolroom utilises up-to-date CNC equipment and a linked CAD/CAM network.

The company employs 120 people operating over 2 shifts, ensuring efficient, flexible production. Daily on-time deliveries are assured through the use of our own delivery trucks for local deliveries and a contracted national trucking company for interstate deliveries.
